These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Jackpot City website (jackpotcity.ws) and its associated services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

Jackpot City reserves the right to verify the identity and age of all members. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Withdrawals will not be possible until KYC is completed.

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• A utility bill or bank statement is accepted as proof of address.
• You may be required to verify ownership of your payment method.
• Jackpot City completes KYC verification within a maximum of 72 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually instant. In the event of a technical issue, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, contact support within 24 hours.

Jackpot City does not charge any hidden fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

To withdraw your winnings, you must follow Jackpot City's withdrawal process.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, subject to banking hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Jackpot City offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled to use bonus funds (typically 5x–30x).
• A bonus may only be applicable to specific games or betting markets.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Jackpot City reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jackpot City:

• Minimum bet: ৳50 BDT (may vary in certain markets).
• The maximum stake per single bet is set by Jackpot City.
• Bets cannot generally be cancelled once placed, though the cash out feature may be available.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be refunded.
• Jackpot City reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Jackpot City is not responsible for unconfirmed bets in live betting due to connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jackpot City:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Registering under multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of match-fixing or predetermined results.
• Using or managing another person's account.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Jackpot City may close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the member requests account closure themselves.
• If you voluntarily take a break under the Responsible Gaming programme.

To close your account, email support@jackpotcity.ws. If you have a remaining balance, make sure to withdraw it before the account is closed.
